Pros
This is a place that you can excel and build on skills that you have in retail. It's a great place to work for if you are studying the fashion industry.
Cons
This is a place that you will feel getting hired on that the sky is the limit. However, they claim to train you but it is almost impossible to get the promotion. If you do become one of the chosen to get promoted, the pay increase never is equal to what you put in to the job. This is NOT your average retail company. They expect you to wear many hats.
