Trendy reasonably price fashion, 4 weeks paid vacaction, free uniforms, great insurance, opportunity to get percentage of gross sales, global commissions within entire store, teamwork
Cons
Not enough training, corporate not helpful with benefits, directors mistreated employees, promotions very misleading for internal but for new managers promotion perks were automatic.
