-Good products -get to know some knowledge of fashion trends but limited.
Cons
-poor employee discount - too much work and stressful job - low salary compared to workload you have to do - no opportunity to grow within the company - customer complaining about the product defect Lots lots of work as a manager. Don't want to invest and waste my time.
