      - You'll survive in any other brands out there if you ever worked for ZARA.

      Cons

      - 4k pay, 10k workload. - Managers have no say in VM - Long hour shifts - Doesn't appreciate what staffs do. Everything we did seemed like a MUST. Even working Full shift for a week.
