      Pros

      Uniform - great for those who dont like to think about what to wear Flexible hours - great for students

      Cons

      Discount sucks - a 30% percent would be better instead of the 15% No opportunity growth Employees are not trusted - everything has to be approved by a manager . . . i bet i know more than they do
