      Pros

      The atmosphere was great to work in and allowed me to enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      Schedules were suppose to be up 2 or 3 weeks in advance and sometimes they weren't so it got frustrating. It seemed like we would "wing it" when it came to closing the store when I first started there but when I was there for a few months, the managers came up with a way to split everyone into sections.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
