      Good benefit, lots of sports activities

      Organization is not clear. They went through many re-organization and is still not working well as it's real headquarter is in Germany which still want to have tight control of everything without understanding of regional market and cultures.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
