      Working for an incredibly exciting and influential brand that makes great products.

      Cons

      Sadly, the recent CEO, Kaspar Rørsted (who is now out) absolutely ruined the employee culture at adidas, which was the heart of the brand. He butted heads with and pushed out all the star talent that got adidas to the top of the industry as THE sport lifestyle brand. The company is now a hollow version of itself, with people continuing to jump ship daily.
