      the culture was nice, energy and atmosphere was great, hours were also nice with a little overtime, location from my house and driveable.

      Cons

      the pay was horrible, they froze the pay raises for at least a year.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
