      International environment, possibility to move and work on different projects, great work/ life balance.

      Very 'national' culture, management always from HQ, policies from HQ, not easily adapting to change.

      Pros

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
