Cons
Poor management, they could care less about keeping people. The only people who move up brown nose their way into a new position. No set standards for everyone. Lowest pay in area and they’re content with a revolving door or employees. Also look out for yourself, they cut corners on safety CONSTANTLY, anything to keep production.
