      I did not like the matrix organization, as the supervisor evaluating your work differs from the supervisor having decision authority.

      Pros

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
