      Able to learn a ton about steel production and process. Fun to travel to Europe Occasionally.

      Cons

      When it gets crazy lots of overtime, if you are salary that mean no extra pay.

      Pros

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
