      good company to work with, simple organisation, get credited for what you work, recognition, overall you enjoy working in Bohler because of the openness and transperancy they provide you

      Cons

      More technically focused company, not a strong management and decisions take time, but if you are looking for lower or middle management then it is ok to work, but moving higher you should be on the "right side" of the boss

      Pros

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
