Can be so much better - Warehouse Storeperson voestalpine Employee Review

They dont listen to employees when it comes to improve the workplace environment. Either in safety or efficiency in production,they either take their time to respond back (more than a year wait) and even then most of the time the response is just no. No reasoning,just a No. I had to break down for them to listen to me, when i NEEDED to replace the other worker who was doing absolutely nothing and i carried that team. Told them constantly, they told me get it done with what you got... Why did it change when i broke down?
