International Multicultural and have presence in all most whole world Modern in few areas especially in steel division R&D section which has issue but company is investing a lot in it Committed to succeed but mostly in retaining old or regional customers with their rational or region to region bonding
Cons
Politics Could get double the business but no one eager for that because of low follow up by management or lack of coordination (most of the works are only in emails) Favoritism & old employees are happy with their secured job without doing almost nothing Slow paced like Governmental organization of third world Lack of empowerment at all level in employees
