      Great people Not back breaking work

      Management is horrible Hardly any tools required to get the job done are provided You have to walk up a 400ft tower because the company won’t fix the elevator. But still expect you to get up the tower just as fast

      Pros

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
