      The team i worked with was really nice

      Cons

      changes are dismissed, we've always done it this way no or very poor communication there is cohesion, if at all, only within the team home office is not desired by the management poor salary

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
