Pros
You have a chance of getting sent to a beautiful headquarters in Austria for a couple of weeks.
Cons
The turnover is very high for engineers, technicians, apprentices, and some of the management roles. Either people leave on their own or are fired, most roles have little to no training available in english, despite constant requests to leadership. Training is frequently denied when it is available. Company may be downsizing, half my department got fired or quitting soon within the last couple weeks. Sudden removal of most of the teams software engineers causing lots of problems.
