      Benefits were on par with the industry

      Cons

      Communication to employees were poor. Day to day envolvement by upper management were non existant. Upper management spoke in riddles and when asked to explain, the explaination did not fit the question. Very political. Corp in Austria mandated all choices within the American division.

      great product, good salary, nice teammates, world leader for moulding machines, a lot of opportunitis within the company

      Cons

      located in a small town, a little bit old fashoined in some points (e.g. mobile phones)
