A lot of stuff here is wrong. If you want to grow and want to learn something valuable in IT you are completely wrong here. People who grow meaning people who get higher salaries are the ones who are really good friends of management (starting from Leads > Heads and so on) and if you are just a regular person then you need to be aware that you will do partly job from your manager (who usually replies on emails sometimes by simply copy/pasting) and your work. Even though there are plenty of people employed only a few are working actually. That's why if you a hard worker here that's not appreciated and not valued. You will do all the work for people who actually don't care about the product and the company itself. Again, those people will have a higher salary.
