      Pros

      For me personally there were no Pros working there.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the product (betting) you deal with people who are mostly complaining, so it was quite stressful. My team worked in shifts from 8 am until 10 pm and 3 weekends per month. Also in my team specifically it was very-very busy and the fact that we had to clean up the mess that other departments made did not help. There is a multicultural environment, without anything else worth saying on this matter. Promotions within the company took place, I'm not sure whether there were equal opportunities for everyone though. In the end almost all of the departments were moved to other countries for financial reasons (lower salaries).

      Pros

      Since it is a gambling company, it gives good salary. Also, you will gain lot of knowledge about betting industry.

      - No Training programs to enhance personal skills - Management is not very cooperative - Does not have healthy work culture

      Poor company to work for if you do not know someone senior. If you know someone and you are buddy-buddy with the management then you are golden, then you'll have a nice salary, awesome bonuses, unlimited home office opportunity which means that you can go home whenever you like from the office and no one will ask where you are. If you are not this lucky and you do not know anyone from the inside then you are royally stuffed my friend and you are not going to enjoy it. You'll have access to the water cooler, tea and coffee (but HR will bug you about that you are not allowed to drink the guest's coffee, how dare you) and "awesome working conditions" like Excel 2003. Yes, you read it right. 2003.
