      There has been a lot of management turnover lately, including a new CFO and CCO. We've seen many mutual separations, and when someone leaves, the position isn't backfilled, which increases the pressure to meet targets." Frequent leadership changes recently with a new CFO and CCOs coming in. There are many mutual departures, and the company isn't hiring replacements for those who leave. This has significantly increased the pressure on remaining staff to hit targets

      Pros

      I have been working 3 years. my skill are imporved, explored a lot of new things, work culture is awesome, the most important thing I love here is, the cab fecility is porvided for every employee even for general shifts. this is a gambling based company which offers onlie sporting, casino, bingo, poker games. Headquarters is in Gibralter. Work From Home allowance is pretty cool thing that I have ever had.

      Demanding a lot, appreciating a little

      Pros

      - you can be lucky to work with great people and learn a lot (you might not be lucky though) - you will learn to work under constant pressure and stress - you will get to work on complex projects for a known brand which might add to your CV

      Cons

      - don't expect to be valued for your work and contribution (people are nothing but numbers for the company and management) - don't expect any salary review process and even if you ask for a raise, don't expect to get it - don't expect your voice to be listened to and you opinion to be taken into account, ever (if you're not someone's relative or worked in the company for more than 4-5 years) - for sure expect to be doing work for 2-3 people (who probably left the company before you and it was cheaper to hire someone new to do their work than to try to keep them) - don't ever expect to get any help or support from HR department, but you can totally expect to get a lot of headaches with them instead - forget about the transparency and openness, everything will be decided behind your back or/and in the hallway talks - expect to be blamed for mistakes of other people just because you happened to take ownership for something at some point
