Pros

The best thing about Enterprise is the opportunity to advance once you complete the trainee program. Also you learn a great deal about managing people and being a leader. The people you work with are normally great and the job can be fun. Once you reach the branch manager level you get to drive a company car every day.

Cons

The hours are always a challenge even though they preach all the time about work/life balance. The pay isn't all that great considering the hours you put in and the amount of trouble customers can be.

-Pay is not bad..14.38/hr with incentives for referring employees and car sales incentives. -Good benefits -Some of the people here are awesome...people you would enjoy hanging out with after work -Resume builder -Learn a lot of different aspects of business and build people skills

Cons

-Long hours...expect you to work 49+hrs per week. -People like to belittle you while you are serving them at this job -Cleaning cars in a suit -Selling the rental insurance is how you are evaluated primarily -Customers are absolutely RIDICULOUS and super entitled even know they are paying $10/day sometimes for a car. -Some ethical issues in my opinion...some employees are unprofessional and cut-throat -Management likes who they like, it is somewhat a gossipy popularity contest work environment.
