      Pros

      I've made some great friends while working at Enterprise. The days are long, so making friends with co-workers is essential. Great entry level job for the resume.

      Cons

      HARD WORK. HARD WORK. HARD WORK. Washing cars in a suit, being abused by customers, difficult to promote, antiquated business structures, etc. It was difficult to take any sort of pride in work.

      Don't waste your time at BWI

      Pros

      Team lunch breaks that are paid for by upper management. Chairs placed at the counter so you aren't standing your whole 10 hr shift I was transferred to BWI to complete my airport rotation, Everything they tell you at the phases sessions are LIES! You hardly get lunch breaks ever and they will stick you at the counter for your whole shift. The better end of management was recently transfered to car sales so I can only imagine how that hell whole is now. The customers aren't the issue. It is moreso the staff. Managers who try the darnest to impress upper management only make us MT's dislike them that much more.

      Overworked and Underpaid. No social life.
