Pros

-you get to work with fellow fun/young/ energetic people -

Cons

-you can't possible have a social life due to the ridiculous hours -sometimes work from 6AM to 7AM with only one hour lunch break -There are so many spots available to move up so you will be stuck at a standstill at some point whether you like it or not. The higher-ups are not going anywhere so unless you're willing to settle, find something better. -They don't care about you they just care about you keeping THEIR customers happy

Pros

For the most part everyone you work with is very upbeat and personable. Everyone wants to help you succeed and will help you work towards your goals. You'll learn a lot about running a business. If sales isn't for you eventually there are many different routes in the company you can take- plenty of opportunities to grow with in the company.

Cons

Not enough money for the amount you work and the responsibilities you take on day to day. Average work week is 50+ hours a week. Stressful environment when busy and running out of cars.

Pros

Potentially you could become a manger in 3 years if you give your life up for Enterprise and get taken in by them brainwashing you into the Enterprise way.

Cons

They advertise it as a graduate management trainee programme when the reality is ANYONE could do it. There is ridiculously long interview process when in actual fact I think they are just looking for anyone thick enough and silly enough that they can brainwash into becoming what they want. For the hours worked which is normally 55plus hours the pay is awful and bordering on less than minimum wage, you cannot plan anything outside of work as you never know when you are going to finish, sometime sit is a late as 10pm and getting a lunch is a privilege. You only get 20 day holiday and any sick days are counted as holidays. You are basically a taxi driver but you have to dress “professionally,” which I don’t understand when you are sitting in a car all day and washing cars. When not driving or cleaning you are forced to guilt trip customers into paying a ridiculous amount of money for insurance. if you don’t sell you are ridiculed by other employees, making it feel like you are in a high pressure sales job. If you are a graduate do not believe the fake reviews and don’t lower yourself into doing this job, they should allow anyone to apply and maybe the employee retention rate will not be as high as it is. I did not stay as I could not think of anything worse than becoming a manager in this company, which is the goal for everyone, I value life outside of work too much.
