Pros

All the management as well as employee base in general is incentivized to provide excellent customer service which leads to everybody working hard to create a good atmosphere. The position I have is pretty set in stone, but the managers all have a lot of promotion opportunity based on performance so they do a great job as well. I've personally earned almost 600 dollars in bonuses one month and I only work part time, so the opportunity to earn more is awesome.

Cons

Have to deal with rude customers that you just have to smile and wave at- pretty typical of any customer service job though honestly.

Pros

Overall the best job I could have out of college. Everyone at Enterprise has been great. They all want you to succeed and will do everything they can to give you want you need to learn, grow, and perform.

Cons

It is a VERY sales heavy job. If you don't like sales or know you're not good at it, this may not be the job for you.

Pros

None at all. Utterly dreadful place to work.

Cons

- Treat employees like dirt - Pay is an insult for how much work you do - Sexist toxic working environment - Awful offices - Complete lack of organisation - Management very quick to criticise when something has gone wrong even if it's not even REMOTELY related to you and give out absolutely no recognition for the shedloads of work and sheer impossibilities you manage to pull off on a daily basis - Account managers and management are far too rude, arrogant and demanding when they're completely clueless - Hardly any progression - Customers are foul, abusive and entitled and Enterprise do nothing to protect staff from abusive customers and always side with them. - Hours are ridiculously long leading to no work/life balance - Often holidays and time off are interrupted because of the abundant incompetence of staff due to lack of training, so you never get away from the place
