Pros

Once on board work seems steady, If you stick it out you can get better hours it seems. Turn over is huge. They do have benefits but they aren't cheap.

Cons

As a work from home employee your really just a number... They will assign your hours not caring what is good for you and if there is a problem it's just too bad. The hire supervisors that give incorrect information and are less equip to do the job then you. The numbers and talk time are the most important factors and if you get through that and can stand to do the work you'll be fine. The problem is that it is very boring and there is absolutely no growth. If you just need a paycheck and don't need to be challenged or you enjoy very mundane work then this will work for you. If not you will not only be bored but frustrated that nothing you do or say really matters.

Pros

If you're a management trainee, there are opportunities for you. The people from corporate are very friendly and have a huge open door policy. They will help you with anything you need.

Cons

On the retail/counter side of things, your manager generally pushes your cars put faster than they come I'm which means you get to explain why you are 15 cars short to customers. The MASSIVE focus on sales and selling vehicle coverage etc is a huge part of you job. Not to mention, it's a company you shouldn't expect to be on your side. It's my experience that they will readily throw you under the bus it if means making a customer happy.

company car, awesome training and philosophy, meet top level decision makers, chance to make some decent money, family owned company

Cons

$24k annual salary after first year, work from office under supervision, not a lot of room for advancement if your not relocatable, no work life balance work from 8am-6 or 7pm.
