Pros

Great culture and fun place to work. There is a great feeling of comraderie since the company goes to great lengths to hire the right people.

Cons

Long hours and great emphasis placed on selling additional coverages. If it weren't for the weight of constantly feeling like I had to keep my daily sales percentage up, I would still be working there.

Pros

Good training program Fun Staff The good thing about the company if you're a college grad is that the community you work with has a lot in common with you. The training given prepares you for any sales job.

Cons

Long Hours Low Pay The compensation for the education received in college is almost insulting. The hours are high and the chance at promotion after becoming a mangager drops quickly

Pros

If you are willing to put up with "it" it is a good place to work and build a career. If you are open to "it" they, you will learn what it takes to run a multi million dollar business yourself without putting out any capital yourselves. The first 9 months are going to be challenging. Then it will become better. It is not a bad thing to have on your resume. Take the formal training they give you. Insist on it that you go. Once you pass your Mod. stages things will get better. While being a MA work as many overtime hours as possible and clock them.Try and be an AM for at least 6 months. You will build a dollar base on whiich your branch manager commision percentage will be based. Lets get maxed out.

Cons

Yes, there is a lot going on which does not get mentioned while interviewing however that will be with every sales job. You will continue to move through the ranks if you are able to relocate after you become a branch manager. The branch manager/area manager promotion is the bottle neck in their development. If you are at a dealership intensive office, make sure you can deal with that, because the customer will get mad at you for things you did not do or have no control over.
