12 hour days (it takes a toll worse than you can imagine) Poor pay ridiculous requests angry customers being a chauffer/slave No personal time whatsoever -N O N E (no gym, no friends, no fam, no anything!!!) Having to go through unecessary training that they claim to be "exactly like getting your MBA for free" Poor excuse for marketing to local businesses Washing cars Even though they sell all of this very well in the interview process, there is nothing like actually dealing with this..I give you 3 months MAX if you've just graduated college!

Customers take frustration out on you because management often hides behind the frontline personell. If you don't sell you have no shot at a promotion Be prepared to lie to accounts and customers You will never be out of cars, no matter how many reservations you have, or how few cars you actually have, you will be required to keep booking reservations and then you will be expected to lie to the customers about why you dont have the car you just told them you had. No work life balance. 12 hour days at least 5 days a week.
