Pros

You are thrown into the fire and either sink or swim. The ones that stay with Enterprise learn many different aspects of business. The knowledge you gain is worth the negatives.

Cons

You are required to work long hours. The message you receive is.. your in charge of your career and can move up as fast as you want as long as you work hard but there just are not that many positions to move into.

Pros

You will work with people your age and you will make friends outside of work. You will get to drive fun cars sometimes A few of your customers will appreciate the job you do and will be a pleasure to work for.

Cons

You will have gone to college and will be cleaning cars. The only way to get promoted is to sell insurance. The only way to sell insurance is to lie about it. Horribly long hours at dingy locations. Deaing with abusive customers and uncaring managers. Hard to take time off and what you get is next to nothing. Salary is awful.

Money if you don't have a job. Decent experience at running a small office. Somewhat decent experience at relationship building.

Cons

Horrible pay for the hours worked. Rapid burnout because the job, hours and daily activity never change. The company talks a lot about work/life balance but does not provide this at all. Time off is very difficult to get. First year vacation is only 7 days.
