Pros

- Good place to start out your career...good resume builder. - Can make good money...depending on you position. - Good way to gain experience

Cons

There will be instances where the "Old Boys Club" will rear it's ugly head. If you choose to go with them, go with the idea that you'll be trained well, suck up knowledge and expect to move on to something bigger and better.

Pros

- Make good friends, most people starting out are in there early 20's - Can make good money if placed in a good office with a good manager (there are very few) - You get to drive a lot of different cars

Cons

Long hours, minimum expectations for a management trainee is about 50 hours a week, for a manager it is worse, you are paid on salary so you are expected to be there until the job is done, which based on how backwards enterprise runs it offices, you are usually between about 70-80 hours a week. - Most managers are a joke, they have no people skills and are only promoted because they scam customers into buying protection on the car, sales numbers are the only thing that matters to upper management. - If you like putting out fires with upset customers then this may be the job for you, because for the most part people are pissed off because a manager promised something and couldn't deliver and then they ask you to deal with the customer because it is valuable "training" - You have to wear a suit everyday, and are expected to wash and clean a car while wearing it
