Co-workers are fun! They take you out for lunch, dinner and beer!

Cons

Work 60 plus hours. Pay as Management Trainee was terrifble for the amount of time you put in. Pick up's in dirty cars. Never having the right car for a reservation. Running out of cars. Having a lobby full of people and out the door every Monday morning. Working Saturdays. Washing cars in your business attire. Dealing with angry accounts and getting mowed down by customers who said they didn't take the damage waiver and won't pay. etc....

Exposure to real world business operations (at the branch management level). Motivated individuals who actually care about the operations doing well and moving ahead in the world. The exposure to customer service situations will prepare you for any interaction with the public at any time in your career.

Cons

Hours, morale, low pay, challenging working conditions, CYA management from level III managers.

Most other employers know that a majority of people that work at Enterpries work insane amounts of hours and get paid basically nothing for their time and effort. Employers know that if one works for Enterprise for any extended period of time you are certainly a hard worker and have extremely thick skin.

Cons

Zero work life balance, Zero money, constantly suffering from sleep deprevation, constantly being insulted all day long by customers, constantly getting looks of amazement from customers when you tell them that you have a college education, constantly being abused by body shop employees, constantly having to lie to customers as to why you accepted their reservation but have no car for them, constantly seeing co-workers quit, constantly working long long days and never having time to actually study the materials necessary to advance, constantly being looked down upon if you choose to go home after twelve hours of work as opposed to sitting in a restauraunt and drinking beer while kissing up to managers. I could go on all day.
