Pros

Enterprise offers a decent salary and great benefits including 401k. Decent pay doesn't start however until you are in management and start earning commissions. After a few years, you can earn up to 4 weeks paid vacation.

Cons

Very long hours, weekend hours (Saturdays - every other), compensation is low relative to the amount of hours your work. Sometimes time off is looked down upon depending on your senior management.

Pros

Enterprise truly is a fun and friendly place to work. Management takes care of its employees and looks out for their best interest. The company is only as strong as their employees. You are able to move up quickly and so does your salary. There are numerous events hosted by the company such as happy hours, galas, sporting events, bbqs, etc.. If you are outgoing, sales and service oriented, personally motivated, and want to learn to run a business this career is for you!

Cons

I wouldn't state it as a con buy you have to ave a personal drive to succeed at erac. Once you get past being a MT, you really start to understand how the business works and learn how to manage people. The first year is "the toughest" and only the strong survive.

Pros

Enterprise has a great company culture that promotes training and development and rewards strong performance with promotion and financial compensation. There is a strong value system in place creating a company where customers and employees are truly appreciated and treated as the cornerstone of the company's success. The opportunities for growth and promotion are fantastic as the company hires almost entirely from within.

Cons

I personally have no complaints and have had a great experience. At Enterprise we work about 50 hours a week and being a rental company, we are open on Saturday's and some branches are open on Sunday's.
