Pros

The largest pro is the environment you work in. It is a positive, fun place to spend your day. Salary and benefits are very competitive for a recent college graduate. Although the hours are long, they pass by quickly and everyone is very upfront about what they expect of you. Lots of room to move up in the company and all higher-up employees are very helpful and open. Managers stand behind your actions.

Cons

The only con is the long hours, but they are realistic about explaining them when you are considering the job.

Pros

-you become an excellent car washer and "taxi" driver

Cons

-work 12hrs a day if you are lucky (normally you work 65hrs/week on average during NON peak periods) -you are soaked all day long because you are out all day DRIVING and CLEANING CARS -arrogant uneducated people giving you orders all day long by shouting at you and making you feel useless -30 mins BREAK ! If you exceed the 29mins they start shouting at you and obviously you can eat only when they say so (even if that means lunch at 5pm). Needless to say that you are lucky to eat while not working at the same time -OVERTIME is NOT FULLY PAID. (example: every week u have to work 50hrs by contract. They pay you for 9.5hrs a day so total 47.5hrs/week because they EXCLUDE the 30mins breaks. So if you work 10 more hrs overtime that week, you get paid 47.5+10=57.5 and NOT 60hrs...) -Assistant Managers work 70++ hrs a week but they DO NOT get paid the overtime because they earn commission (this means that they practically earn £4 for every hr they work - so PROGRESSION is a PUNISHMENT) -truly nice people with values leave and greedy people stay either because of character or because of lack of options which goes AGAINST Andy Taylor's values which are to employ above all Good People -If you have been to uni honestly you deserve a better place than this...u don't need uni diploma to work at enterprise...anyone can wash a car and drive
