Pros
The business gives you what can be described as an average amount of responsibility from the start. Also the head office training is good quality and highly relevant to the role. If you are the Enterprise 'Type' then you can progress fast within the sales channel of the business.
Cons
For a start the hours are horrific to say the least (especially for the mediocre pay) the contracted 20k per annum is a joke when divided by the hours you do per week. Yes there is overtime pay and you can earn it, but the chances are your manager will alter your timesheet to save the hours budget! You will do plenty of driving, which often can take up at least 8 hours a day with little rest. You will work your lunches despite being entitled to half an hour in your rota'd ten hour shift. The majority of people that leave do so as a result of poor branch level management and the stupidly long hours which put the safety of staff and customers at risk. A shame really as if the hours were reduced then the business would manage to retain staff. NOTE: If you do get offered a role at Enterprise then make sure you read your contract, as part of it requires you to opt out of the Working Time Regulations set out by the government.
