Pros

Really good health insurance Good pay (varies a lot with role though) Get your own office or you just have one officemate. If you don't like your role, you'll have plenty of opportunities to talk to your team lead about moving to a different area.

Cons

Don't like how in person work is required (you only get 5 full or 10 half/half remote days a year after you hit 6 months with the company) Client facing roles can be super stressful

Cons

- Always pushed to take on more and need to set boundaries - Customer work can escalate quickly - Lack of transparency from executive leadership on many issues - Limited flexibility and no real remote work policy
