Epic provides all staff an opportunity to do meaningful work from the day you're hired, which makes what we do so meaningful. In addition, the work is very diverse - almost no boring days - and there's an ability work very autonomously. The pay and benefits are terrific, especially as your tenure increases. Lastly, the culture that exists at Epic and the people you get to work with are second to none.

Cons

You should expect to travel in implementation ~50-75% of the weeks, Monday through Wednesday or Thursday so roughly 6-10 nights gone a month.
