Campus is the most interesting place I've ever been, food is great, coworkers are all friendly, smart, and interesting. Interesting work, and no two days are the same. Work that makes a difference.

Cons

Very difficult and stressful job. You have a lot of responsibility you're not necessarily prepared for. Work life balance is a struggle.
