Pros
Epic has the most-used software in the healthcare industry, so your work makes a big difference in the lives of many people. Software developers do regular immersion trips to visit customers and find ways to make our code better. I do have to put in a lot of effort to get my projects done but I've found the experience to be worth it.
Cons
The job isn't for someone who wants to take it easy or put in minimum effort.
