Good starting salary Madison is a neat city Very stable company

Cons

Management does not listen to employees No WFH options Little vacation (10 days starting out, 15 with tenure) Poor work life balance Unable to keep employees around more than a few years, only new talent that comes in is New Grads

Pros

- Really lax about vacation - Well defined benefits - 3% 401k match & 100% coverage healthcare

Cons

- Weirdly strong anti-WFH sentiment from upper management - Expect you work 42+ hours a week (and apparently that's on the better side) - You WILL be stuck using a whole bunch of proprietary stuff though thankfully that's no longer so much the case - The campus is just. too big. Do not recommend. It looks cool at first but that's how they get you
