Pros

Pay Smart coworkers Culinary is 10/10, onsite cafes with great coffee and quality lunch Solid first job and you get to work for the good guys

Cons

work alone in a windowless box for 8 hours a day, basically not allowed to WFH If you're not working on the enterprise client, you're working with very old or proprietary technology. More difficult to market your hard skills when you're ready to move on. After a certain point it begins to feel like you're not growing professionally because there's not much more to learn that's not industry/application specific knowledge

Pros

decent pay for the location

Cons

watch out for noncompetes. They are notorious for very broad ones that can limit all sorts of jobs.

Pros

There's cheap, quality food and really nice coworkers. You also get to learn a wide array of knowledge, and the benefits are good.

Cons

The expectations are very high and you don't have much of a work/life balance.
