Pros

Decent pay Fantastic Benefits A wonderful and creative environment to work in Incredible culinary staff Many of the people who work there are smart, funny, fun, and intelligent

Cons

All of the above comes at an incredible price. For those who join the roles that pay the highest amounts you must be willing to travel 70-80% of the time. You must be willing to work 60+ hour a week, never have time at home, and having a life, pet, friends outside of work is nearly impossible. If you are not in a role that travels that much you are HIGHLY underpaid (for company standards) and you are still expected to work 50+ hours a week.
