      Great for a first place out of college, jump ship after a little bit

      Pros

      Amazing pay, amazing campus, amazing cheap delicious healthy food. Everyone is razor sharp smart. You'll get good experience and it will look very good on a resume.

      Cons

      You will be worked to death. I think their main thing is getting people right out of college so they have no idea of what it is like to work at a company that gives a crap about work life balance. Ofc as a SD, you can't expect much there, but Epic absolutely doesn't care about a work life balance, then pays you to keep you shackled. Turnover this high isn't normal.

      Food is definitely good. Salary is good for the location

      Cons

      A lot of work and a lot of times people don't care about you. Expect to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
