Pros

Company does great work and is improving health care. Great benefits.

Cons

Super structured with little room for individual thinking. Tons of systems to navigate and there's only the Epic way of doing things. Poor salary for non-tech roles, even though they must understand the tech to do their work.

Pros

The pay is great. You are compensated for what you do, not how long you have been here. A very young company with lots of great people. Madison is an awesome place to start a career.

Cons

You can feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes, but I personally would rather have too much work to do than not enough. Epic pushes you, it is your job to decide when enough is enough and ask for a reduced work load.

Pros

Wonderful atmosphere and working conditions. Paid training. You're expected to work hard, but you're compensated appropriately. 2 people per office makes for a quiet work space. Amazing health benefits and food provided at cost.

Cons

Tough work. The expectations are high and are not always clearly defined. People often feel like they can't say no so they take on too much.
