Pros

Your best days will be awesome. You'll go home feeling invincible. The pay is great, healthcare benefits are nice. Great working at a young, energetic company. Learn a lot. You will be very employable afterwards -- given responsibilities that rival someone with 5-10 years of experience in a lot of cases.

Cons

Some very bad days. Not for everyone -- you learn so much and are expected to know so much that a lot of times you'll feel powerless, clueless, and inadequate. Five years to get full 401k vest. Vacation isn't great (10 days each of first two years). Long hours, high stress.

Pros

The work experience is great. Right out of college you can be advising operational managers and leading your customer-employed analyst team. I really believe there are few jobs that give you this much responsibility this early on. Because turnover is so high, there is opportunity for fast advancement.

Cons

Management does not care about your work/life balance in the least bit. If your customer project requires it, you will be pressured into working 80-90 hour weeks. Management just wants the customer projects to be successful. If you burn out after working 80-90 hour weeks, they'll hire another college grad to replace you rather than lighten up on your work load. Many leave after only 12 to 24 months.
