      Pros

      Epic has a very open, diversified, and accepting culture. It is a welcoming and comfortable place to work. I truly feel Epic cares about each individual employee. Epic wants us to be happy and successful; which can be defined differently for each one of us. I truly look forward to going to work each day!

      Cons

      Even though everyone is on a first-name basis here, the company is large enough that it is next to impossible to develop a more personal relationship with upper management. Busy and growing company!
