Pros

Lots of autonomy. Opportunities to get involved quickly. Travel points accumulate very fast.

Cons

No work/life balance. Most of the people you work with are relatively young and could care less about your family needs.

Pros

Most folks are smart and enjoyable to work with. The work is important and helpful. Good pay for people without technical backgrounds.

Cons

Compensation and management choices are a black box; rarely do decisions about who should be in charge make sense to other people on the team. Management values loyalty over experience and the company suffers for it.
