Pros

You can choose your passion for your growth journey. You can pick development projects, become an area expert or choose to grow with management roles. Lots of opportunities to do cool projects with community members and within your own team. Great co-workers who are always ready to help when needed. Madison is a great area to grow a family and Campus is pretty awesome. Decent compensation and benefits.

Cons

Can not work off campus due to personal reasons.
