Pros

Great campus. Decent product that is getting better and will only be more central to healthcare going forward. Company initiatives in data mining/research are forward-thinking.

Cons

Company culture has been outpaced by its own growth. Too many meetings infringe upon time that could be more productive, especially when managing teams of outside consultants that don't have the training they need to operate on their own.
